I saw the Flaming Lips at the Wellmont on April 19 and again on Monday at Summerstage (they played Terminal 5 on Tuesday, too). The shows were pretty similar: same bubbles, confetti, projection and antics. But that’s not a bad thing.

They’re like a psychedelic hippie band of the future. If you have a chance to see these guys live, I definitely recommend it.

Highlights: Jelly, Yeah Yeah Yeah, Do You Realize, Yoshimi. Basically all of the songs that the whole crowd sings along to.
